#3 Constract Signing & Scheduling and Coordination
Sign a formal contract that outlines all the agreed-upon terms and conditions, including payment schedules. Create a project schedule and coordinate with the customer to determine a start date and project duration.
#4 Roofing Installation & Quality Control and Inspections
Begin the roofing work, following industry best practices and safety guidelines, Regularly inspect the work to ensure quality and compliance with the agreed-upon specifications.
#5 Billing, Payment, Customer Satisfaction Check & Warranty Information
Send the final invoice to the customer and receive payment according to the contract terms. Follow up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the roofing work and address any post-installation questions or concerns. Explain any warranties that apply to the roofing work and provide the customer with relevant documentation
